  I was given absolutely no information on the procedure they waned to perform, and also no information on any payment plans, or insurance coverage. I had arranged for rides, took time out of my schedule/work, and had purchased crutches and leg brace. The staff couldn't even collect their thoughts let alone do their JOB, not to mention how rude they were!! I have had better service at Taco Bell then what Paragon gave me today. Next time if you require payment in cash for $695.00 upfront, then maybe do your job and call the patient, and be passionate about what you do. GO TO MEDFORD IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT KNEE OR SHOULDER SURGERY. You can get better service at the VA then you do here.
