  I have to say, I was quite disappointed in this Motel 6 and I have been in a lot of them as I travel quite a bit. Even though I requested a room on the ground floor, when I arrived they did not have one so I agreed to a non-smoking handicap room that was on the ground floor. First, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but the minute I opened the door I knew knew it had been smoked in. Then the bed was so hard that I could not get a full night's sleep either night. I was booked for 3 nights but after two nights I cancelled the third night. Then the shower head was so bad that I had to spend extra time to get the shampoo rinsed. Also, the air conditioner did not work well and even after requesting it be looked at, the second night was just as warm even with the air conditioner set at it's coldest setting. On a good final note, the gals at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful!! I give them both 5 stars!!
