  Have never had a good experience with the staff at this office. The Doctors and nurses themselves are great but the staff is horrible. I have never had to reiterate my needs to anyone so many times. On top of everything I have been scheduled for the wrong day and the wrong doctor a number of times. When I am not directed to the doctor I asked for I expect an explicit explanation for this before I show up for my apt.
